Appointment reminders via phone are done by a professionally recorded voice, in any desired language. The status of the appointment reminder can be seen in real time on the computer screen, which make it very user friendly.

EBIO-METRONICS TM appointment reminder texting module allows patients to get text messages on their cell phones (provided they have opted for this option at registration).

Also the patients have an option to get email for their records for the upcoming appointments.
